For Eureka and Pacific area residents our location in Eureka is conveniently located in the historic downtown area on Central Ave. at First St. We are a quick 10-12 minutes from Pacific, 15 minutes from House Springs, and 15 minutes from Fenton. There is adequate off-street parking in our lot and overflow parking is available on Central Ave. and on First St.
The funeral home in Eureka was acquired from former owners in 2006 after several owners and name changes through the preceding decade. Under Schrader ownership, you can be assured this is the permanent ownership of the funeral home in Eureka. The Schrader family has been in the funeral profession since 1868 so longevity and consistency of excellent service is a family hallmark.
As you enter the Eureka funeral home from Central Ave. you are in a large, homey, main-floor reception area. A large-screen TV is available in this area for display of cinema-quality memorial DVD presentations which we can create for you. Coffee, water, and an accessible restroom are immediately adjacent to the reception area.
The main visitation room/chapel encompasses the north side of the funeral home. When arranged for a visitation or gathering there is ample room to stand and visit as well as furniture groupings for guests to sit. When arranged as a chapel for a formal service the main room can accommodate about 85 people. A sound system is available to play CDs or digital audio and an organ is available for live music.
A few steps down from the main level is a large public lounge/reception area. There are large tables for refreshments. Coffee, soda, and restrooms are nearby.
Also on this level is the arrangement conference room and a modular casket selection room. All funeral and cremation arrangements can be completed at the Eureka location.

Schrader Funeral Home – Eureka is well-equipped to display memorial or tribute videos of a loved one as they both offer video packages and have the means to display the tribute at the service.
