    Absolutely unacceptable service. Do not entrust these people to “NOT” care for anyone you love. Be especially cautious if your having a cremation service because their record keeping and filing standards are non existent and if they dont have the ability to keep up with files pertaining to your service then you surely cant trust them to be handling your loved ones with any care. The management is rude, brass and have horrible attitudes After you pay them upfront. In my opinion they are the worst people to deal with at a time when you you need a service standards the most. They do have a lovely physical facility yet the hearts of the staff is simply skeletal remains. They did give me beautiful flowers and thats the best thing they have to offer because the funeral directors and the office coordinator are deceptive and unethical. They accidentally end up with many people because they have the transport contract with Dekalb county and what you definitely dont want to do is be taken for a ride by these frauds.
